A SHORT FILM COMMISSION FOR THE GUARDIAN DIGITAL / ARTOLOGY

Locked in an austere country house, headstrong and spirited Alice yearns for the freedom of the forest. But as Alice discovers the power of seduction, it is more than just her desire that is awakened…

ALICE is a short film based on Noel Coward's deliciously irreverent poem Alice Is At It Again, featuring Sarah Snook (Succession). The film is an impressionistic, contemporary folktale that joyously subverts the original text. Mysterious and sensual, Alice was lensed by New York based DP Zoe White (Handmaid's Tale, Westworld)
